This review includes checking for blank spaces, confirming the notarial certificate contains the correct information, and ensuring the document is ready for signing. A notary is not responsible for the document's legal content, but they are responsible for the accuracy of their own part of the notarization, such as correctly completing their certificate and journal entry.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to make scheduling your notary services as convenient as possible, Here are a few guidelines for booking with us: Appointment Scheduling: You can book appointments either online or by phone. Please choose a time that works best for you, and we will confirm the details promptly. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us accommodate other clients. For same-day cancellations, a small fee may apply. In-Person vs. Remote Appointments: We offer both remote and in-person notarization. Please note that in-person appointments may have an additional fee to cover travel. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept online payments.
