At Mobile Notary Pro, we proudly honor those who served. Every Tuesday, Veterans can receive a free 15-minute Remote Online Notary session, by appointment only. What’s Included Up to 2 pages notarized per signer free of charge $15 per additional signer Conducted securely online Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Veteran (Veteran ID, VA Card, or redacted DD-214 required) Must present a valid, unexpired photo ID Prepare Beforehand Upload ready-to-sign PDF documents Ensure a stable internet connection, camera, and mic Witnesses available for an added fee if required How to Book Appointments are first-come, first-served. Email office@mobilenotarypro.net with subject line “Veterans Free Tuesday Notary.” Include your name, state, preferred Tuesday, and document type. Cancellation Policy
We strive to make scheduling your notary services as convenient as possible, Here are a few guidelines for booking with us: Appointment Scheduling: You can book appointments either online or by phone. Please choose a time that works best for you, and we will confirm the details promptly. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us accommodate other clients. For same-day cancellations, a small fee may apply. In-Person vs. Remote Appointments: We offer both remote and in-person notarization. Please note that in-person appointments may have an additional fee to cover travel. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept online payments.
